EUCON specializes in the “turn-key” design and supply of engineering projects involving Automatic Atmosphere Control Systems for Heat Treatment to ensure both repeatibility and Quality improvement. At our customer requests our systems may combine standard industrial components integrated with customized control applications.

EUCON implant, expand and renew Control Systems including data display and acquisition respecting the existing mechanical installations replacing (in necessary) the electronic sensors and installing new, last generation sensors to ensure the quality of both end products and the personnel safety working close to the furnaces.

Electronic and software innovation make obsolete many systems governing production with direct influence on quality and safety. That is why the engineering projects undertaken by EUCON translate into substantial increases in production coupled with much improved quality. End result for the heat treater?: lower costs and real customer satisfaction.

High end PLC’s are at the core of the operations, movement sequences, dosage and atmosphere and temperature regulation. The PLC besides eliminating substantial electrical wiring has a terminal working as machine/worker interface thus simplifying the running of the equipment, minimizing potential failures.

The installation includes a PC permanently connected to the PLC. Our in-house designed and developed software program –ADVENT- ensures data acquisition, allowing to watch it later as tables or graphics, according to production, loads, time ranges, etc. With ADVENT it is possible to plan production weeks ahead plus a wide range of utilities designed according to the specific needs of our customers.
