SENSORS & INSTRUMENTS FOR HEAT TREATMENT & COMBUSTION CONTROL

Welcome!  At EUCON we enjoy working with companies that are concerned about product quality, worried about high fuel costs and emissions, frustrated by ineffective solutions, and downright angry about the impact of poor atmosphere and combustion controls on their bottom line.

Our heat treating and combustion trim sensors and instrumentation allow you to better control your process - improving quality, reducing scrap, saving fuel, and minimizing unwanted emissions.

Come in and see what we can do for you...

Carbon Sensors for Heat Treating

-Carbon Sensors/Probes: The Oxytracker, AACC, Magnum, Carbonseer, Ultraprobe II, and Piccolo probes monitor heat treat atmosphere oxygen levels and provide the user with a "carbon potential" or "dewpoint" based on propietary algorithms.

-Instrumentation: The Multipro, DualPro, CarbPro, 10Pro and VersaPro instruments control and monitor all phases of the heat treat process.

-Extractive Sensing and Controls: The Sentinel-ES, Sentinel-ESi, Sentinel-FCP provide state-of-the-art extractive sensing and control allowing older furnaces to be cost-effectively updates to today`s demanding quality standards.

Excess Oxygen Controls for Combustion Processes (Process and Power Generation)

-High temperature in-situ Oxygen Sensors: The Oxyfire line is the industry`s best value for applications in the 700º C (1200º F) to 1700º C (3000º F) range including: boilers, steel reheat furnaces, glass furnaces, chemical/petrochemical furnaces and reformers and incineration.

-Low temperature in-situ Oxygen Sensors: The LOROX line provides long-life measurement in environments ranging from ambient to 725º C (1250º F).

-Extractive Oxygen Sensors/Controllers: The Sentinel-ES and Sentinel-ESi provide cost-effective sensing and control of oxygen for environments that are unsuitable for in-situ probes.

-Instrumentation: Controllers/Transmitters - The VersaPro can be configured for either trim control or oxygen monitoring, while the OxySender provides cost-effective 4-20 mA transmission of oxygen concentration and temperature.
