Clinical neurophysiology is the study of the funcions of the nervous system in the clinical setting, for diagnostics, intensive care, and intraoperative monitoring, etc. It utilizes techniques such as electroencephalography (EEG), electromyography (EMG), somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEP), motor evoked potentials (MEP), brainstem auditory evoked responses (BAER), etc.
MEDIPRO offers a wide range of systems develop by ATI-LERMED for neurophysiological studies:
EEG
Small size, little weight, 20-channel system that can be used both ambulatory and in the hospital. RS232 port to facilitate communications between unit and computer. It is possible to make 40-channel studies by having two units connected.
Sleep
Two versions available depending upon needs: 18 and 38-channels. 20-EEG, 8 different channels (EEG, EOG, EKG and EMG) plus 6 specifics (respiratory bands, flow, position, microphone, plus two user-defined).
Evoked Potentials
All modalities in two or four channels. Somotosensory; short, medium and long latency auditory with all visual stimulation formats; fully automated cognitive.
EMG
Rest, activation and maximum effort electromiography; Trigger delay; Unique fiber. Motor driving speed automated calculation. Sensitive driving speed. H reflex, F wave, blinking reflex, special studies.
Digital Video For studies on EEG or Sleep. Line revision with total syncronism.
