MemokathTM – a safe, simple and reliable solution for treating BPH and Urinary Tract Obstruction. The MemokathTM stents are bases on the Minimal Invasive Treatment concept and are therefore very gentle and safe. Almost all patients can tolerate the insertion procedure, which makes the stents and excellent option for patients who are not able or willing to go through major surgery. Most patients can be discharged from the hospital on the day of the procedure.

MemokathTM 028 Prostate
MemokathTM 028 Prostate stent is used for long-term treatment of patients with prostactic obstruction and enlargement. The treatment is quick and requires only local anaesthetic gel which makes it suitable for day case treatment. The patients can normally empty their bladder immediately after stent placement and only few and minor side-effects occur upon insertion. The wole procedure normally takes about 20-30 minutes. |

MemokathTM 044 Urethra stent is used for temporary treatment of patients with recurrent urethral strictures of the bulbar urethra. Insertion of the MemokathTM 044 Urethra has very few and only minor side effects and an immediate effect on symptoms. It is therefore suited for day-case patients. The stent can also be used in patients with bladder neck strictures and in the treatment for Detrusor-Sphicter-Dyssynergia in patients with spinal cord injury.
